In 2024, our talent development team provided 8,124 hours of training for the year, onboarded 94 salaried employees, and promoted 139 team members across the organization.

Take Andre Calabro, for example. He started with Harper Limbach in 2018 as a Special Projects Engineer, navigating through the various opportunities within the special projects department from Project Manager to Division Manager, eventually leading up to General Manager. Last year, he was promoted to VP and Branch Manager of Limbach’s New Jersey location. “Creating great opportunities for our people means that the company strives to create a favorable environment to put us in positions to take our careers where we want to take them… I can personally say that Limbach has invested in me throughout my career here, and doors continue to open to new opportunities,” Andre explains. Andre graduated from our Lead Level 2 program in 2021 and recently completed our Leader Accelerator Program to fast-track him towards his goal of Branch Management.
Investing in Leadership: Talent Development Programs
Our award-winning Talent Development programs play a huge role in paving the path for the Limbach Way of leadership. These programs are embedded with our core values: We Care, We Act with Integrity, We Are Innovative, and We Are Accountable. As described by Robert Rhodes, Jr., a graduate of Limbach’s Lead Level 3 and Leader Accelerator Programs, “I believe that successful leadership at Limbach is grounded in our Core Values. Caring about our people and teams by leading with empathy is essential. Additionally, being open-minded, adaptable, possessing a high degree of integrity, and the ability to act courageously in uncertain times are equally important.”
We offer a multitude of Talent Development programs ranging from entry-level to executive roles, ensuring that everyone has a chance to take advantage of continued growth and expand their knowledge. Our programs include four different levels of leadership courses: Leading Oneself, Leading the Team, and Leading the Organization as well as our Leader Accelerator program for future Branch Managers. In addition, our Talent team facilitates functional programs such as Special Projects Academy, Account Academy, a Hearts & Minds Commitment to Safety course, virtual seminars, e-learning opportunities, and more. Training Mag’s APEX has recognized our talent development team three years in a row, ranking #29 out of 90 organizations in 2025. They were also recognized by the Association of Talent Development (ATD) BEST awards two years in a row in 2024 and 2025.
